• Activity: operation of an information website and waitlist for a planned online marketplace of experiences hosted by LGBTQ+ locals in Europe.

• Registration: the owner is a natural person and is not registered in the Spanish Mercantile Registry. The activity carried out through this website does not require prior administrative authorisation, and the owner does not exercise a regulated profession through it.

2. Purpose of the website

This website presents the Queer Hosted project, allows visitors to join a waitlist, allows people to apply to become hosts and publishes informational articles in the Journal. The website does not currently sell products or services, take bookings or accept payments.

3. Terms of use, privacy and cookies

Use of this website is governed by our Terms of Use (queerhosted.com/terms-of-service). The processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy (queerhosted.com/privacy-policy) and the use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy (queerhosted.com/cookie-policy).

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks or content mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.

The owner works to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the permanent availability of the website, and may modify its content at any time without notice. The owner is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this website.
